Every time I've stayed here has been a great experience, the staff are very kind and make you feel at home. Rooms are great, and lots of great areas to spend time around the hotel such as the fire pits and the pool.

We rented a cabana for the day to fill a long gap between a cruise and a flight home. So much better than hanging out at the airport all day! Amber greeted us at the front counter and was very helpful, courteous and made us feel very …

It felt really refreshing spending time at the westdrift Manhattan Beach, Autograph Collection, because the whole place had this calm but exciting energy that teenagers would enjoy a lot. I’ve been going there every year in the month of June since 2021, and each time I go, I attend an all‑ages prom that allows young adults and younger people to join, which has always meant a lot to me because I never got a real prom of my own. I graduated from Robert A. Millikan High School in June 2020, right when everything was still shut down from the COVID lockdown, so going to these proms at westdrift became a way for me to experience something I missed out on, even though I’m still physically a teenager. Every time I walk inside the hotel, I don’t realize how much there is to appreciate until I start exploring the lobby and the outdoor areas. The atmosphere feels open, bright, and creative in a way that makes it easy to relax without feeling rushed. I always notice a lot of teenagers around the hotel, especially near the lounge areas and outside by the golf lawn, and it makes perfect sense why they like being there so much. The space feels playful without trying too hard, and it gives teenagers plenty of room to take pictures, hang out, and enjoy the scenery. I really appreciate how smooth and comfortable everything feels every year I go, and I never doubt that the experience will turn out the way I hope it will. Even though I don’t stay overnight, just being there long enough to take in the environment leaves a strong impression on me every time. It’s one of the most enjoyable and relaxing hotel environments I’ve been around in a long time, and I would highly recommend that teenagers go there because it gives them a place to feel inspired, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and have fun in a setting that feels both peaceful and exciting at the same time.

My experience was amazing! My son went to the exceptional kids prom. He had an amazing time! I want to give a special thank you to Estela Estrada who was our server and very helpful. She made our night!

You can’t get a better location. I stay here every time I need to be on the south side of LA. The rooms are spacious. The patio is perfect. The restaurant is always delicious. And what really makes this hotel special is the service. The last time I was there, I had some high maintenance requests. The manager was able to accommodate me without batting an eye.

This hotel gets it right. Never a bad stay! My experience every day of my stay this time around was great just like the last. The staff is genuine in their hospitality and while you can tell they were provided solid training everyone I encountered enjoyed what they were doing and it came through in the level of service provided and pride they take. The hotel was very busy but I never saw anyone miss a beat. Valet/bellman, Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B all delivered on point no matter the time of day. Kudos to the GM and the staff on a job well done! You have a loyal customer whenever I'm in town.

We had a wonderful stay at the Westdrift. The hotel is lovely but what sets it apart is the staff. What a wonderful team. From check-in to check-out everything was perfect. Breakfast was especially lovely. The food was delicious and the team truly fabulous. A 10/10 stay. Thank you to the Westdrift team.
